Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If there is any delay in preparing your order, we will notify you promptly by email.


SHIPPING TIME

British Harmonia ships exclusively within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).

  • Standard delivery: Total delivery time is approximately 5 business days (2–3 days processing + delivery).

  • Remote or outlying regions: 6–10 business days due to distance, weather conditions and limited carrier routes.

Deliveries to areas such as the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and certain rural postcodes may take longer because of seasonal and logistical factors.

We always strive for timely deliveries, but once a parcel is handed to the courier, British Harmonia is not responsible for carrier delays, customs checks or weather-related disruptions.


SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment.

Tracking details typically become active within 24–48 hours after dispatch.


SHIPPING RATES

  • Standard shipping within the UK is free on all orders.

  • Expedited or express delivery options may be available at checkout for an additional fee depending on your location and chosen courier.


ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. British Harmonia is not responsible for delays, lost shipments or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses (including wrong house numbers, postcodes or flat numbers).


DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at britishharmonia.co.uk@gmail.com with clear photos of the outer packaging and the damaged contents. We will review the case and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If your parcel is marked as “delivered” by the courier but you have not received it, please first:

  • Check with neighbours or building reception/concierge

  • Verify the shipping address used during checkout

  • Contact your local delivery office or courier depot

If the issue continues, email us and we will help you open an investigation or claim with the carrier.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We may expand our shipping coverage to international destinations in the future.
